Jennifer Jackson

Jennifer Jackson has been serving South Florida clients for more than 24 years. Focusing her practice on commercial and residential real estate, construction law and land development, Ms. Jackson has represented buyers and sellers, developers, contractors, and construction companies alike. Having negotiated and drafted numerous purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents, Ms. Jackson has a thorough understanding of due diligence, acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing. Ms. Jackson has also drafted and negotiated a multitude of easement agreements, operating agreements, and developer agreements, and provides clients with a complete understanding of the standards and customs while providing the maximum benefits and protections. Prior to practicing real property law, she practiced both civil and criminal law.

Ms. Jackson is a member of the Florida Bar, earning her JD from the University of Miami and her BA from Brandeis University.
